Handcuff or Lottery Ticket?? Which one....

I'd keep Tate. He's truly splitting (at least a 66-33) with Arian Foster and is providing some decent flex value on his own. In fact, he's actually been a lot more productive on a per-touch basis than Foster is. If Foster goes down Tate would become a monster. Brown has no value unless McCoy goes down as Kelly is riding McCoy like a thoroughbred. It would certainly be nice to acquire Brown but not at the expense of Tate.
